Eligibility for Returns
Items Not Eligible for Return
โข Personalised items: items customised with names, numbers, patches or other details according to the customerโs specific requirements.
โข Player transfers and number changes: returns or exchanges are not accepted solely because a player transfers to another club or changes their squad number after purchase.
These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Please Contact Us First
If something is not right with your order, or you would like to return an item, please email us or message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. We will check the details with you and make sure you are happy with the solution.
Who Pays for Return Postage
If we made a mistake (for example, a faulty or damaged item, or the wrong item, colour or size was sent): contact us with photos or details. We will find the best solution with you, such as a replacement, a refund, or a return at our cost.
If you change your mind (for example, you ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item): contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will talk through the options with you. For eligible returns, you cover the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How to Return an Item

If something is missing from your order, contact us and we’ll send the missing item at no extra cost. No return is needed.
Refunds

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You are entitled to a full refund for faulty or misrepresented items.
