Funnily enough I just checked the tracking as I have been doing every day
and saw that it had been delivered. I didn’t realise as our post box is

I will be back for an Irish kit and Nigerian kit.
My neighbour single mum, could only afford a second hand Portugal kit! Her son is 1/4 Spanish, 1/4 Nigerian and 1/2 Irish. Thank you for getting in touch. The packet arrived yesterday and the quality of the strip and the name/number print is amazing!
Unfortunately, for some reason, there were some delays in the delivery and the packet arrived, repacked by DHL. Upon opening, the socks were missing. 🙁
Luckily my son has other orange socks so a potential disaster was avoided. Sadly, DHL, do not appear to value customer satisfaction as much as you appear to. It was difficult enough trying to find an operator who spoke sufficient German for me to understand, let alone to give me any sound advice on how I should proceed with a complaint.
Not to worry though . My boy is over the moon with his teplacement strip and proudly presented it at training today. The England strip alone turns enough heads but the fit and quality ensured that he really did look the part.
Thank you all for your quick and clearly professional service. I am positive from what I hve seen thus far, that the socks were with the rest of the strip when the package left the UK! If I am wrong, please do feel free to send them separately). I will most certainly be recommending yourselves to other UK collegues here in Germany as well as putting more custom your way myself in the future.

My only concern when ordering was that I had not used your company before. I was unable to pay by credit card my preferred option as the website would not allow me to. Instead I had to pay by Paypal. When it came to payment, the company to which I was making the payment was shown as 'Claire Dowd Events' rather than 'kids football kit', which was a little disconcerting as we have been scammed before when ordering online. In the event the kit has arrived and everything is fine, but until it did arrive I was very unsure that it would.
Please do not add me to your marketing database. I would prefer not to receive any information about kit releases, discounts and the like. This was a one-off purchase for my grandson, and I am not generally interested in football kits.

Service from you guys was fantastic and dispatched very quickly. I thought great, it's going to arrive earlier than expected and your delivery times, my daughter was going to be able to wear the kit on the day of the FA cup final. But it was yodel that let us down. From 13th May it said it was with them but did not get delivered until 7 days later on 20th May. With no updates during that week. Just that they have it, so had no idea where in the country it was.
The only advice I would suggest is maybe have different postage options for quicker delivery.

Hi, yes received the order a while agol My son hasn't tried it on yet as its for his birthday at the end of the week.
This is the 4th or 5th kit weve ordered from the company and cannot fault anything. 5 out of 5. There was a stitching issue with a previous kit but even that was dealt with and sorted easily.
Always recommend Kid kits to friends, dont like paying too much or too little for a kit and the customer service is spot on.

Feedback I would offer is around deliver. You notified me by email on 29th March with a Yodel Tracking number, when I enquired about the delivery with Yodel on 3rd April (my grandson's birthday is on 4th April) I was told by Yodel that they were still waiting for it to arrive in the UK.
The issuing of the tracking number had set my expectation that the delivery was imminent and therefore I was disappointed when a week later, Yodel said they hadn't received it.
I would perhaps wait to share the Yodel tracking number until it was confirmed that they had received the goods to deliver, to avoid raising customers expectations
The football kits are good quality, but the delivery and the fact it ultimately arrived late I can only rate you a 4.

The quality so far seems to be great and I appreciate how helpful and efficient the customer service has been. The only disappointment was the size of the socks given that the kits are for older kids. An option to order a larger size in the socks would be great. Based on this I would give a 4* rating.

Hi, Everything good and well received! The only complaint is Yodel, they kept the parcel for 4 days in the warehouse! I presume you use Yodel as they are cheap, but probably I am not the only one giving this feedback about them!
