Pre-printed kit:The player name and number are part of the design and can't be changed. We can't accept a return just because the player moves club or changes squad number after you buy.
Returns window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? Contact us first, then return eligible items within 30 days. You cover the return postage.
Our mistake? If an item is faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, colour or size, we cover the necessary return postage, or we can send a replacement.
Not eligible for return: Shirts personalised at checkout (name, number, patches or other details), and returns requested solely because a player transfers or changes squad number after purchase, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Faulty or damaged items: Contact us promptly with your order number, a brief description and clear photos of the issue.
Missing items: Contact us and we'll send the missing item at no extra cost.
Approved refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. For UK orders, deliveries are typically handled by Royal Mail or Yodel.
Important: Tracking numbers appear in carrier systems immediately, but delivery updates may take time to display. Your parcel will still arrive within the promised timeframe (7-12 working days for UK).
Please contact us first. We’ll check the issue with you and find the best solution. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll discuss the options. For eligible returns you cover the return postage. If we made a mistake, we’ll put it right at our cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
