At Kids Football Kit, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

This policy applies to all countries we ship to.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Shirts personalised with a name, number or patches added at checkout.
Shirts with player names/numbers where the player has since changed squad number.
Clearance items (final sale).

Please Contact Us First

If something is not right with your order, or you would like to return an item, please email us or message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. We will check the details with you and make sure you are happy with the solution.

Who Pays for Return Postage

If we made a mistake (for example, a faulty or damaged item, or the wrong item, colour or size was sent): contact us with photos or details. We will find the best solution with you, such as a replacement, a refund, or a return at our cost.

If you change your mind (for example, you ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item): contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will talk through the options with you. For eligible returns, you cover the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to Return an Item

We reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before posting, so we can match the parcel to your order. We recommend a tracked and insured service.

Faulty or wrong items: Please include clear photos or details so we can solve it quickly.

Refunds: Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Personalised items: Shirts personalised at checkout (name or number added) cannot be returned for a change of mind or wrong size, unless we made an error.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, contact us and we’ll send the missing item at no extra cost. No return is needed.

Refunds

Inspection: We check returned items when they arrive.

Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

Refund method: Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the original currency.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You are entitled to a full refund for faulty or misrepresented items.
