Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Customised shirts featuring printing or patches.
Shirts with player names/numbers where the player has changed squad numbers.
Clearance items (sold as final sale; no returns or exchanges).
Items returned due to an incorrect size being ordered.

How to Initiate a Return

Start the Process: Email us at kid.football.kit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs: You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Faulty Items: If the item is defective or misrepresented, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

To assist us, please provide:

A photograph of the item.
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, a voucher, or a refund. For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Currency for Refunds

If the refund is issued in a different currency, the exchange rate at the time of purchase will apply.
